Services

Provide services through the Department of Human Services such as Medicaid eligibility, SNAP, OAP, and other Medicaid services.

We provide assistance with Long Tern Care eligibility. Help with Social Security questions. Help seniors apply for Medicare benefits.  We are compassionate, very supportive and ready to do whatever is possible to help older adults, including:

 Homemaker Service

Include help with cooking, light cleaning, laundry, grocery shopping, and other household chores.
 

Personal Care

Assistance with a variety of daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toilet use, grooming and eating.

Companionship

From friendly telephone calls by office workers to visits from PCPs and supervisors.
 

Deep Cleaning

These one time “deep cleanings” are designed to help clients whose home is in extremely unclean, disorganized, unsanitary, and/or unlivable conditions.
